HOW COURSES ARE CONFIRMED
How Courses Are Confirmed
Private club access is finalized closer to the event date based on availability. We typically confirm the course approximately two weeks in advance.
Participants receive the confirmed course before any commitment. No one is charged until the course is confirmed and you accept the invitation to play.
This keeps scheduling flexible while allowing access to exceptional clubs.
